About: Hero Clean is a national line of men’s of cleaning products that donates 7% of all profits to the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America.
Position: Creative Producer / Director
I worked with a small team to develop the creative concept and managed pre-production including securing talent, props, and crew. On location, I handled our client’s requests while directing shots running between two sets filming simultaneously due to a rushed production schedule. Together, we achieved the concept and delivered an engaging piece to the client on time.
Production Secret: Professional Mess Maker
It may seem pretty straight forward to do a cleaning branded video- how hard can it really be to make a mess and clean it up on camera? As it turns out, leaving that job to the professionals is a lot less stressful. We hired a props master who specialized in food and he came prepared with a bevy of mess-making tools I would have never thought to use.
